Student townhouse development Pheasant Run needed a website redesign to match their new branding and redefined company direction.

The biggest changes at Pheasant Run that in turn drove the redesign were the extensive expansions in community and social offerings to residents. Our new design makes it easier for students to access the social aspects of Pheasant Run. The site has been updated to reflect the community-based approach Pheasant Run has taken.

We also created a dedicated Community page with a section for events and photos, testimonials from residents, and a Facebook widget. A featured sidebar links to the Pheasant Run Roommate Bulletin Board, where students can connect to find future roommates or seek subleters.
