The Community Foundation and United Way of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County started the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Nonprofit Search website as a way to deliver information on local nonprofit companies.
Immerge designed the website to be as easy to use as possible. It is powered by the ExpressionEngine CMS. The site features full-text searching, a-z sorting, and categorized nonprofit listings. Nonprofits that wish it may list their e-mail address and volunteers can request work through a contact form.
