DesignPoint Tours is using the ImmergeCMS Tours extension, allowing DesignPoint to automate their tour registration process.

Design Point Tours provides architectural tours both in the United States and abroad. Immerge worked with Design Point to develop a CMS solution and trip registration extension. This package allows tour participants to register online and Design Point administrators to track payments, update tours and maintain an automatic notification waiting list for full trips.

Through ImmergeCMS and custom extensions, administrators have the ability to manage tours within an easy-to-use control panel. All information about user demographics is stored in a secure database. Payments are broken down into three PayPal payments, and tour registrants are automatically notified and billed. An additional extension manages participant capacity, providing an automated waitlist solution with notifications if participants withdraw and new openings are available.
